宋章启 博士,教授,硕士生导师。1973年生于江苏南京,2007年获国防科技大学光学工程博士学位。曾任国防科学技术大学海洋声学所副所长(主持工作),主要从事光纤信息技术和海洋探测技术相关教学和科研工作。现为兵工学会光电子专业委员会委员。先后承担和参与装备预研项目6项,国家重大×02专项、×30专项和××02专项项目5项,军口863项目3项;负责光纤陀螺技术开发与技术转让横向项目8项;作为核心骨干还参加型谱、演示验证项目和型号项目研究十余项。发表论文五十余篇,获得国家和军队发明专利十余项。
